Here at Appearances we offer a wide variety of services, from Custom Coloring, and Cuts, Razor Cuts, Helix Cuts, Pedicures & Manicures you name it and we are up for the job.

We believe in continuing education, our stylists go to specialized classes to become better educated in Redken color and techniques.  We traveled to Las Vegas for 3 days of training in March 2007; two of our stylist went to New York to take Redken's Color Certification test in 2008!  So now we have 2 Redken Certified Colorist, what an awesome accomplishment.  Judy and Tara went back to Vegas in January of 2011 to spend 3 days in classes to learn as much as possible and bring it back to the salon and teach the rest of our stylist the new techniques for the year.

In April, 2010, our stylist traveled to St. Louis, MO, to attend a hair show where we saw lots of unusual things and have posted some of the pictures on our Facebook page.  Make sure and check them out to see what I am talking about.

Come in and ask us about the Helix hair cut, it can put wave into your hair or take it out. No joke!  

Appearances is a totally different salon setting than most people are used to.  Each stylist has her own room that is decorated to reflect her personality.  There is no need to go from one place to have your hair shampooed, then to another to have it cut and styled.  Each room is equipped with everything your stylist needs.

Our waiting room offers plenty of room for several people to sit in chairs or on our comfortable couch.  There is no need to check in with someone at a front desk. One of our girls will great you at the door and take care of your request.
